Terms of service
Draft for legal review. This page is a plain-language starting point and will be replaced by a counsel-approved version before any customer signs up. Questions: [email protected].
Who we are
govconagents.ai is a service of ALINEDS LLC ("ALINEDS", "we", "us"), 2700 Louis Henna Blvd, Suite 100, Round Rock, Texas. You can reach us at [email protected].
The service
govconagents.ai provides AI agents that do government-contracting work for its customers, such as sourcing and quoting DLA solicitations, preparing invoice packets, tracking registrations, triaging opportunities and drafting proposal responses. The agents included depend on the customer's plan; agents still in development are made available when released. Each customer gets its own environment and dashboard, shared by all of its agents.
What the agents do not do
- They do not send emails. They write drafts; the customer's staff review and send them.
- They do not log in to DIBBS, SAM.gov, PIEE/WAWF, eBuy, CPARS or any other government system, and they do not submit, sign or certify anything. We never hold a customer's government credentials.
- They do not make decisions. A person named by the customer approves every bid, price, representation and invoice.
Customer responsibilities
- Keep at least one approver who reviews drafts and bid recommendations.
- Send emails and submit bids yourself, using your own accounts.
- Keep your own DIBBS and supplier-portal logins, and follow those systems' terms.
- Never share Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information or export-controlled technical data with the agent. See the acceptable use policy.
- Check the agent's work. AI output can be wrong; see the AI disclosure.
Plans, fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance, or yearly in advance with two months free. Solicitations sourced above the plan allowance are billed monthly in arrears at the published overage rate. The onboarding fee is paid once at sign-up and is not refundable after onboarding starts. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices can change with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next billing period.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time; the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. When the service ends we give you an export of your database, supplier list and quote files, then delete your environment and backups.
Your data and our software
You own your data. We use it only to provide the service to you, as set out in the data processing agreement. We own the software, playbooks and templates that make up the service, and we grant you the right to use them while your subscription is active.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for this service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running every business day and will tell you in advance about planned maintenance. We may improve the service over time; we will not remove a core feature of your plan during a paid period without your agreement.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as described in your plan. Apart from that, it is provided "as is": we do not guarantee that any solicitation will be won or that AI output will be complete or correct. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, data protection or payment obligations.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use policy or puts other customers or third-party systems at risk, and we will tell you why.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Williamson County, Texas.
