Compliance Calendar

Never lose an award to an expired registration. The Compliance Calendar keeps the registrations that let you win and get paid from quietly expiring. It tracks every date, drafts renewal answers from last year's data and checks that your representations agree with each other.

How it works

Step by step, the way your team would

Each step is logged with its reason in your dashboard, and nothing leaves your mailbox until a person approves it.

  1. Build your ledger

SAM.gov registration and representations, SBA certifications, VETS-4212, EEO-1, state vendor registrations and GSA schedule dates, each with its renewal rule.

  2. Watch the dates

Reminders in Teams at 60, 30 and 7 days, with the owner named.

  3. Draft the renewal

Answers are pre-filled from last year's submission, and anything that has changed is highlighted.

  4. Check consistency

NAICS codes, size status, ownership and addresses are compared across SAM.gov, SBA and state records, and mismatches are flagged before they cause a problem.

  5. Catch events

An ownership, address or banking change starts the right clock, such as SBA's 30-day notice for a change in controlling interest.

Questions

About Compliance Calendar

Can it renew our SAM.gov registration for us?

No. It prepares the answers and reminds the right person; your entity administrator logs in and attests.

Is it worth buying on its own?

It is priced to be, at $149 a month, but most customers get it inside a suite.

Does it ever log in to a government system?

No. No govconagents.ai agent holds your government logins, logs in, submits, signs or certifies. Your team does that with its own accounts.

Where does it run?

In your own private environment in a US region, inside your Microsoft 365 for email and Teams. Nothing is shared with other customers.
