How it works

Step by step, the way your team would

Each step is logged with its reason in your dashboard, and nothing leaves your mailbox until a person approves it.

  1. Spot the evaluation

CPARS notification emails are picked up the day they arrive.

  2. Start the clock

A 14-day countdown with reminders in Teams to the contract owner.

  3. Gather the facts

Delivery dates, quality records, correspondence and modifications from your records and from other agents.

  4. Draft the response

Factual comments, point by point, or a rebuttal where the record supports one.

  5. Update the library

Past-performance write-ups refreshed for future proposals.

Questions

About CPARS & Past Performance

Does it log in to CPARS?

No. It drafts the response; your contractor representative logs in and submits.

Does a small DLA supplier need it?

Usually not for purchase orders below the simplified acquisition threshold. It matters once you hold larger contracts.

Does it ever log in to a government system?

No. No govconagents.ai agent holds your government logins, logs in, submits, signs or certifies. Your team does that with its own accounts.

Where does it run?

In your own private environment in a US region, inside your Microsoft 365 for email and Teams. Nothing is shared with other customers.
