Questions
About Proposal Ops: Federal
Will it write the whole proposal?
It writes the first draft and checks it. Your experts own the strategy, the technical approach and the price, and every claim is reviewed before submission.
Is AI-written content allowed?
No FAR rule bans it, but you remain responsible for accuracy. The agent checks each solicitation for instructions on AI use and flags them.
What about CUI in solicitations?
Controlled attachments are never downloaded or processed. If a package includes CUI, your team handles that part.
Does it ever log in to a government system?
No. No govconagents.ai agent holds your government logins, logs in, submits, signs or certifies. Your team does that with its own accounts.
Where does it run?
In your own private environment in a US region, inside your Microsoft 365 for email and Teams. Nothing is shared with other customers.
