Why we built it
The work piles up between the notice and the signature
We bid on government work ourselves. Like most small contractors, we had two or three people facing hundreds of notices a day, thousands of DIBBS solicitations, supplier quotes to chase, awards to invoice and registrations to renew.
The tools on the market helped us search. None of them did the work. So we built the DIBBS Agent (our first customer named theirs Brenda), an AI agent that works a DLA supplier's DIBBS feed every morning inside Microsoft Teams and Outlook: screening, sourcing, drafting RFQs, reading quotes and recommending prices, while people decide and send.
It went live in October 2026. govconagents.ai takes the same approach to the rest of the contract lifecycle, one agent per job, with the same rules.
